CreativeWill is led by its founders, Will and Mat. We may assign additional designers or collaborators to support your project. If that happens, you’ll be informed in advance and will have the opportunity to review their portfolio or request a change at no additional cost.

All project management and communication will remain directly with us throughout your entire experience.

You’ll be able to add as many requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

You can subscribe via Stripe or pay monthly in crypto. We accept USDC on Base, Solana, and Avalanche, as well as USDT on Tron. For crypto-native companies, we’re also open to discussing token warrants.

We know you might not have enough design tasks to fill a whole month. Maybe you only have one or two requests right now. That’s why pausing your subscription is useful.

Billing cycles last 31 days. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause your subscription, the billing cycle stops, leaving you 10 days of service to use later.

Absolutely. Starting on Pro is a great way to establish systems and direction quickly. Once everything is in place, you can downgrade to a plan that better fits your ongoing needs.

Just message us in your Slack channel to upgrade or downgrade. We’ll calculate any prorated charges or credits for the current month and apply the change immediately.

For extensive projects like website or app designs or development, we divide the work into manageable parts. Expect regular updates every 24–48 hours until completion.

Development is handled as a standard request. As long as your site can be built on Webflow, Framer, or Next.js, we’ll take care of implementation with a strong focus on pixel-perfect fidelity to the design.

Once the site is complete, it’s fully transferred to you. You own everything. We also offer ongoing WebOps support in our Core and Pro plans, though it’s not required to maintain your site.

CreativeWill is built for flexibility. You can submit requests through Slack or Trello, whichever fits your workflow.

We recommend Slack, simply send your request, and we’ll reply fast with follow-up questions to get more insights and create the ticket on Trello for you.

If you prefer, you can also create detailed tickets directly in Trello with Loom videos, wireframes, references, or any supporting material.

No problem, we’ll get more insights from you and make revisions until you love it.

We design and build websites, simple applications, and automations. However, we’re not a full-scale product development team. We don’t handle complex backend systems, large database architecture, or advanced integrations like crypto smart contracts, those are best supported by a dedicated in-house engineering team.

On the creative side, we don’t offer 3D modeling, film or documentary editing, or editorial design (such as books and magazines). We also don’t work with Adobe InDesign.

You may pause your subscription upon completion and resume it whenever you require further services. This ensures you do not lose the remaining value of your subscription.

For big one-off projects (like big enterprise sites) you can get a custom quote by reaching out.

Because of the high-quality, time-intensive nature of our work, refunds are only available within the first 7 days of service. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Additionally, any work that has already been completed is non-refundable.

In summary: if you request a refund within 7 days of the initial contract or a renewal, you are eligible for a 75% refund. If no work has been started within 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
