Terms of Service: CreativeWill

CreativeWill is based in Delaware, USA.

1. Description of Service

CreativeWill provides a monthly subscription-based creative and development service. By subscribing, the Client gains access to a dedicated design and development team led by founders Will and Mat. Onboarding typically takes about an hour from the time of subscription, after which Clients are added to a private Trello board and Slack channel.

2. Service Tiers & Deliverables

Starter Tier ($3,500/month)

Best for simple design-only operations. Includes: Logo design, Slides/decks, Social media design, Print design, Display ads, Image generation, and Illustrations.

Core Tier ($5,500/month)

Advanced design and web-development. Includes everything in Starter, plus: Design systems, UI design, Prototyping, Next.js Development, Framer Development, Webflow Development, Video editing, Motion Graphics, and AEO/SEO.

Pro Tier ($7,500/month)

Fully managed expert direction. Includes everything in Core, plus: Strategy & planning, Monthly sync calls, Brand design, Branding systems, Product design, Enterprise websites, Automations, Weekly reports, and Video direction. This tier is proactively managed by CreativeWill; no request-writing is required.

3. Subscription, Billing & The Pause Feature

Billing cycles last 31 days. Payments are accepted via Stripe or select cryptocurrencies (USDC on Base, Solana, and Avalanche; USDT on Tron). For crypto-native companies, token warrants may be discussed.

The Pause Feature: If you have no immediate requests, you may pause your subscription. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause, the billing cycle stops, leaving you 10 days of service to use at any future date.

4. Delivery Workflow

Requests are delivered one-by-one. Most requests are completed within 48 business hours. Large projects (e.g., enterprise sites) are divided into manageable parts with updates every 24-48 hours. Requests can be submitted via Slack or Trello. We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the high-quality, time-intensive nature of the work, refunds are subject to the following:

  • 75% Refund: Available if requested within the first 7 days of service or renewal.
  • 100% Refund: Available within the first 7 days only if no work has been started.
  • No Refunds: No refunds are issued after the first 7 days or for any work already completed.

6. Service Exclusions

CreativeWill does not support: complex backend systems, large database architecture, crypto smart contracts, 3D modeling, film/documentary editing, or editorial design (books/magazines). We do not work with Adobe InDesign.

7. Intellectual Property

Once a site or design is complete and the subscription is paid, the work is fully transferred to you. You own everything. CreativeWill reserves the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is specifically requested.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
