• Payment Info: Stripe billing details and public crypto wallet addresses.
• Project Assets: Briefs, files, Loom videos, and wireframes uploaded to Trello/Slack.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide the subscription service, process billing (including pauses), and communicate project status. We also use usage data to improve our design/dev workflows.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data. We use the following tools to provide our services:

• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Trello (Atlassian): Project management.
• Slack: Primary communication.
• Loom: Feedback and walkthroughs.

4. Security

We rely on industry-standard encryption and the security protocols of our third-party partners (Stripe, Slack, Trello) to keep your data safe. We do not store credit card numbers on our internal servers.

5. Data Ownership & Retention

You retain ownership of all materials provided. Project data is retained while your subscription is active. Upon completion and transfer of assets (Webflow/Framer), you are responsible for the management of that data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Requests should be made directly via Slack.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
